Weekly Classes

At Joy of Yoga, we currently offer three weekly classes of gentle yin yoga, taking place every Wednesday & Thursday evenings & on Sunday morning. This practice aims to promote deep relaxation and stretch the connective tissues in the body, fostering a sense of calm and balance. Join Anita for a rejuvenating session designed to help you unwind and find stillness in both body and mind.

Your Guide Anita
Anita stumbled upon yoga in her late 40s, and it completely transformed her life. The practice ignited a passion within her, compelling her to share its profound benefits with others. She then completed her 200-hour training in 2021. As she delved deeper into yin yoga, Anita discovered not only physical flexibility but also a calmness throughout her day. This ancient practice has been her guiding light, teaching her valuable lessons about embracing the journey of life with grace and acceptance. Yoga has brought balance and clarity to Anita's life, and she is dedicated to imparting these gifts to her students, helping them find their own sense of peace and fulfilment.
